Welcome to the Motivated Social Cognition Lab

The Motivated Social Cognition (MSC) Lab conducts theory-driven scientific research in two fundamental areas of Social Psychology: Social Cognition and Motivation (thereby, Motivated Social Cognition). We use various scientific methodologies (i.e., experiments, surveys, behavioral observation, linguistic analysis) to understand the biases in person perception and interpersonal interactions.
